Multivitamin - med antioxidanter
A multivitamin is a preparation intended to supplement a human diet with vitamins, dietary minerals and other nutritional elements. Multi vitamins can provide a convenient way to take a variety of supplemental nutrients from a single product to prevent vitamin or mineral deficiencies, as well as to achieve higher intakes of beneficial nutrients. It helps body in repairing tissues.
The name "multivitamin antioxidants" comes from the fact that most vitamins are themselves also considered antioxidants. Antioxidants are nutrients that can neutralize free radicals. Free radicals are highly reactive chemical substances that are present in our cells. If they are left unchecked, they can lead to premature aging and disease. Vitamin C and E are the important vitamins that encompass anti oxidant properties. Therefore, any multi vitamin antioxidant product will contain these vitamins.
